A walkthrough or a conversation, and a clear picture of what finished looks like to you. Often the project is not quite the one you first describe.
We Plan
A written scope, a timeline, and an honest estimate of hours. You approve it before anything begins.
We Run It
Our team on site, progress documented. Decisions come to you only when they are genuinely yours to make.
We Close It Out
A final walkthrough together, receipts, warranties, and manuals filed where you can find them. Nothing left at ninety percent.
Who Enters Your Home
Every person who works in your house is known to us, background checked, and insured. Every dollar that moves through a project is documented and verified against completed work before it is paid. We wrote all of it down rather than asking you to take our word for it.
Questions Worth Asking
Do we have to be a retainer client?
No. Projects can be engaged entirely on their own, and many of our longest relationships began with a single one. If it goes well, you will know whether you want us for the everyday too.
Is there a project too small to bother you with?
No. One closet, one afternoon, one thing you keep walking past. Small projects are frequently the ones people are most relieved to be rid of.
Do you do the work, or do you hire it out?
Both, depending on the project. Our own team does the hands-on work: packing, organizing, setup, event execution, errands. Trade work like plumbing, electrical, or construction stays with the providers you choose, and we are glad to let them in.
Can you run a project while we are away?
Yes, and this is often when we are most useful. Seasonal residents run move-ins and seasonal projects through us with documented updates and photographs, without needing to be in Minnesota for any of it.
How do you estimate a project?
In hours, once we understand the scope, and you approve that estimate before we begin. If a project grows, you hear it from us early rather than at the end. Full details are shared in conversation.
