Standard
Fourteen hours of care. Evening, overnight, and morning, with feeding, walks, medications, and the house looked after while you are gone.
Plus
Everything in Standard, and your sitter returns midday for a real visit and a walk. The right choice for most dogs, and for anyone who starts worrying at hour six.
Full Care
Your sitter is in the home through the day. For anxious dogs, seniors, puppies, medical needs, and houses that should not sit empty.
Availability is limited by our schedule, and we take a small number of households at a time. Holidays and long weekends book early.

We have a small team of sitters and we try to match families with the perfect sitter. Sometimes schedules don't align and so we use one of our other trusted sitters to make sure your pets have a wonderful staycation.
Medications and Routines
Medications, supplements, feeding schedules, and the particular way it has to be done. Written down and followed.
Updates and a Backup
Photos and notes while you are away, and a second sitter behind the first if anything goes sideways.
Daytime and Walks
For households at home but stretched thin, daycare in your home is $40 an hour and hour long walks are $50. Both are scheduled around our overnight commitments, so availability is genuinely limited.
Pet care is also a perk of our retainer households, arranged as part of your engagement and gives priority booking status for the duration of your retainer engagement.
Before You Book
How long will my dog actually be alone?
That is the question our levels are built around, and it is the only number that really matters. Standard means no more than ten hours, which is a normal working day. Plus means no more than five. Full Care means your sitter is there through the day. Tell us what your dog can handle and we will tell you which one fits.
Who will be staying in my home?
One of our team providers. Every sitter is background checked, insured, bonded, and has signed a confidentiality agreement. You meet them in your home before the first booking, and then they stay yours.
What happens if my sitter gets sick?
We cover it. That is the difference between hiring a company and hiring a person. You hear from us, not from a cancellation the night before your flight.
Can you give medications and injections?
Yes. Medical routines, senior care, and post surgical instructions are written into your household file and followed exactly. If your animal needs more than we can safely provide, we will tell you honestly.
Do you look after the house as well?
Yes, within reason, and that is part of the point. Every stay includes the everyday things: mail and packages brought in, indoor plants watered, trash and recycling out on the day, and a house that looks lived in rather than dark for a week. Anything that becomes a daily job of its own, outdoor gardens and containers, vehicles, or letting contractors in, is quoted as an add-on, so the person doing the work is actually paid for it. Arrange those when you book, since some are covered by another member of our team and depend on the week. If something comes up while you are away, a card on file means we can simply handle it rather than wait on approvals.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. We take a limited number of households, and holidays and school breaks fill first. If we cannot take your dates we will say so quickly rather than leave you waiting.
