Who Enters Your Home
A Small, Known Team
You will not meet a rotating cast of strangers at your own front door. Our team is small on purpose, and the people who learn your household are the people who keep serving it.
Background Checked
Every person who enters a client home has been background checked before their first visit. There is no version of this work where that step gets skipped for convenience.
Signed Confidentiality
Everyone on our team has signed a confidentiality agreement. What we see inside your home does not leave it, and it never becomes a story we tell somewhere else.
One Point of Contact
Your household is held by a person, not a queue. That person knows your house, your providers, your preferences, and the standards you keep.
How We Handle Your Money
Most households never think to ask how a concierge handles the money moving through a project. It is the question that matters most. Here are our answers before you have to ask.
We do not mark up vendor work
You pay your providers directly, at their price, and you see exactly what they charge. We are paid for our time and our judgment, never for standing between you and an invoice. A markup would quietly change whose interests we serve, and we would rather not have that question in the room.
We verify before we pay
Every contractor invoice is checked against work actually completed before a dollar moves. Not against the schedule. Not against the promise. Against the work, walked and confirmed.
We collect lien waivers
Paying a builder in full does not, by itself, protect your property. If that builder fails to pay its subcontractors or suppliers, those parties can file a lien against your home even though you paid. So we collect conditional waivers before draws, unconditional waivers once payments clear, and we release final payment only against final waivers from the general contractor and every subcontractor who touched the job.
Our role is to flag, document, and administer. Decisions stay yours, and legal questions belong to your attorney. We simply make certain the right question gets asked early, and calmly.
Insured, Bonded, and Written Down
Insured and Bonded
Since day one, and without a lapse since. Certificates are available on request, and we carry what your builder, your insurer, or your property manager will ask to see.
Documented and Reported
Visits, hours, and purchases are recorded and shared with you. Home watch visits include photographs. You always know what was done, when, and by whom, without having to ask for it.
Your Household File
Preferences, providers, codes, routines, and the small things nobody thinks to say twice. Built in your first month, and the reason nothing here ever depends on re-explaining.
What We Are Not
Not a General Contractor
We are the coordinators of contractors. We source, schedule, and supervise trades, and we hold the flow of money carefully. We do not swing a hammer or pull a permit.
Not a Cleaning Service
Though we coordinate and supervise excellent ones. A household manager is the layer above every individual service: the person who notices, schedules, checks the work, and keeps the whole system running.
Not a Task Marketplace
A platform sends you a stranger for an afternoon. We send a known team that documents what it did, verifies invoices before your money moves, and will still be here for the next project. Those are different purchases, and the difference shows up exactly when something goes wrong.
Small and Local by Design
Independently owned and operated on the west metro, minutes from the homes we tend. We take on a limited number of households at a time so that each one is genuinely known. Nothing here routes through a call center, and nothing about us is franchised.
