From Showing to Sold to Settled In
Selling a home is not one event. It’s a season, with a before, a during, and an after, and most of the work happens quietly in between the big moments. We take that work off your plate from the first declutter to the last box unpacked in the new place.
We work both sides of the sale.
Sellers bring us in to get a home ready for the market and keep it that way. Buyers bring us in the day the keys change hands, to turn a new house into a running household. Plenty of our clients are both at once.
Before, During, and After
Before the Sale
Getting a home ready to list is a project, and it rarely comes at a convenient time. We work room by room: decluttering, sorting what stays from what goes, and handling donations and consignment down to the drop-offs and the receipts. We coordinate deep cleaning so the home photographs the way it should. And when the pre-listing walk-through turns up a list of small repairs, we manage it: finding the right people, scheduling them, meeting them at the house, and confirming the work is done, before the inspection, and after it too.
During the Sale
A listed home has to stay ready to show, and life doesn’t stop while it’s on the market. We keep the home tidy between showings, get pets settled and out of the way when the realtor calls, help manage the showing schedule, and support open houses. The decluttering continues, and for many of our clients this is when downsizing decisions get made: what makes the move, and what doesn’t.
After the Sale
Then comes the move itself. We organize, pack, and manage the moving day vendors, and we handle the final clean so you hand over the keys without a backward glance.
On the other side, we do the part most moving help never touches: unpacking, organizing, and setting up the new space so it runs like home from the first week. And here’s something people don’t realize can be done for them: not everything should make the move. The tired mattress, the couch that never quite fit, the lamps you’ve been meaning to replace, we help you decide what stays behind, source the new pieces, and have them in place, so you arrive to a home that’s already better than the one you left.

What People Ask Us
Do you work with our realtor?
Yes, and happily. We coordinate around showing schedules, keep the home ready on short notice, and take the “can someone deal with this?” calls that usually land on the seller. Realtors tend to like us; we make their listings easier to sell.
Do you do the repairs yourselves?
No. We find the right people, schedule them, meet them at the house, and confirm the work was done right. You get the fixed doorknob without ever meeting the person who fixed it.
Do we need to be home while you work?
No. Most of our transition work happens while clients are at work, traveling, or already living in the next place. How we enter, secure, and document a home is covered in Our Standards.
Can we hire you for just one piece of this?
Absolutely. Some clients hand us the whole season, others just the packing, just the showing-ready upkeep, or just the settling in. We scope the work around what you actually need.
