When you cannot be there, we can.
Someone has to be at the house at ten. Something has to get across town by three. Something upstairs does not sound right and you are two states away. On Call is one text, and one of our people, already nearby, takes it from there.

Something does not seem right and you are not home.
We look, photograph it, and report back.
And underneath all three: text us what you need. We will take it from there. Nobody has to pick a category before they are allowed to ask for help.
We do not decide for you.
We do not approve repairs, sign a contract, or spend your money without your permission. If a decision comes up while we are standing in your kitchen, we call you. That is the question every client has and almost none of them ask, so here it is, answered.

You text us
What it is, when it is, and where. A sentence is enough. If the plumber gave you a four-hour window, tell us the window. If the return has to reach the store by Friday, tell us Friday.
We confirm
You hear back with who is coming, when, and what it costs: a flat rate for the window, by the hour after that. You say yes before anyone comes to the house. How we enter, secure, and document a home is covered in Our Standards.
It gets done
Our person is there, or on the road, or at the house looking at the thing that worried you. When it is finished, you hear from us. For The Check, that means photographs and a plain account of what we found.
What People Ask Us
How much notice do you need?
Some. A day ahead is ideal, and a morning is often enough. If you text us at nine about a two o’clock window, we will tell you honestly whether we can be there. We would rather say no than say yes and be late.
Do we have to be a client already?
No. For a lot of households, On Call is how they meet us. One visit, one of our people, and you find out what we are like.
Will you sign for a delivery?
Yes. What we will not do is sign a contract, approve a change to the work, or hand over a payment. If the technician needs a decision, we call you and you make it.
How do you get in?
However you prefer: a code, a lockbox, a key you leave with us, or you let us in. Who enters your home, how, and what we will never do is written down in Our Standards.
What does this cost?
A flat rate for the window, by the hour after that, and you know the number before we come. We are not an app and we are not a marketplace. The person at your door already knows this town, and usually your street. We price accordingly.
