It Started with Two Cats

Finn and Lola are cats. The first two clients, you might say. Caring for beloved animals meant being trusted with keys, with routines, with the quiet particulars of other people's homes. And it revealed something: what busy households need most is not another service. It is a steady hand that notices.

That is what Finn & Lola became: the layer above every individual service. The person who schedules, checks the work, remembers the birthday, waters the garden, meets the contractor, and keeps the whole system running, so your time and energy go where only you can spend them.

The Women Behind the Work

Our team is made up of women: mothers, empty nesters, caretakers by nature and by long practice. They have spent their lives managing households, anticipating needs, and holding the invisible details that keep a family running. This is not a skill you can hire off a shelf. It is lived experience, and it is why our clients say their homes feel looked after, not just serviced.

Every household we serve is supported by a primary steward and a trusted teammate, our buddy system, so there is never a gap: someone who already knows your home is always within reach.
