Three Visits, One Porch
The Design
Send us a photo of the front of the house, or we stop by. We design to the architecture and the paint, the width of the steps, the way the door sits, and the palette you already live with, so the porch looks like it belongs to the house rather than to the season. Heirloom and jumbo pumpkins, minis, gourds, and mums in the colors that suit the place. If you have containers and planters, we style them as part of the whole.
The Install
We source everything, bring it, and set it. You do not need to be home. Most porches take a morning, and you come back to a front door that is ready for the season and for company.
The Takedown
In November it all comes down, gets composted or donated, and the porch is swept. This is included, because a porch of soft pumpkins in December is not the look anyone was going for. If you would like the winter greens to go up the same day, tell us, and the porch never sits empty.
Pumpkins by the dozen are easy to buy. A porch that looks like it belongs to the house is not.
The people styling your porch are the same people who look after homes around Lake Minnetonka all year. They know how a house should be entered, what the neighbors will notice, and how to leave a front step cleaner than they found it.
What People Ask Us
Do we need to be home?
No. Most porches go up while the family is at work or away for the weekend. We will let you know when it is done, with a photo.
Do we get to choose the look?
Yes. Tell us what you love and what you do not, and whether the porch leans classic, tonal, or a little wild. We bring a design to you before anything is bought.
Is the takedown really included?
It is. One price covers the design, the materials, the install, and the November removal. There is no add-on for taking it away.
We have a very large entry. Is it still one price?
The Porch is designed for a standard front entry and steps. For a grand entrance, a long walk, or a second entry, we will quote it for you before we begin, and you will know the number before we buy a single pumpkin.
Can this be a gift?
Happily. A styled porch is a favorite closing gift for a fall move, and a good one for a parent who no longer wants to lift a pumpkin. Tell us whose porch it is and we take it from there. Realtors, see Real Estate Professionals.
Do you only do this for your regular clients?
