A Kitchen That Feeds the Whole Week

Planning, shopping, cooking, preserving, and baking, handled by people who know how your household actually eats. So dinner stops being a decision you make at six o'clock, exhausted, with the refrigerator door open.

The Work

From the Market to the Table

Take as much or as little as you like. Most households start with one piece and grow into the rest.
01

Meal Planning

Weekly menus built around your real calendar: the late practice, the dinner party, the night nobody will be home. Written down, shopped for, and ready before you need it.

02

Grocery Shopping & Pantry Stocking

The co-op run, the specialty order, the pharmacy stop on the way back. Pantry, refrigerator, and freezer kept rotated and stocked to your standards, not to a generic list.

03

Meal Preparation

Cooked in your kitchen, portioned, labeled, and dated. Heating instructions where they help. A week of real food waiting for you instead of a week of decisions.

04

Allergies, Restrictions & Medical Diets

Celiac, nut and shellfish allergies, dairy and egg exclusions, low sodium, diabetic, texture-modified, and every elimination protocol in between. Handled carefully and documented, never improvised.

05

The Garden & the Harvest

Herbs cut and dried, tomatoes put up, jam and pickles made, berries and beans frozen at their peak. Your garden turned into a pantry that lasts through February.

06

Baking & Celebrations

Birthday cakes, holiday cookies, the school treat remembered the night before it is due, hostess gifts, and the platter that has to look like you fussed when you did not.

The Beginning

How It Starts

1

A Kitchen Conversation

We walk your kitchen and talk honestly about what your household actually eats, and what nobody will touch.

2

Your Household Food File

Allergies, preferences, brands, portion sizes, and the dishes people ask for. Documented once, so it never depends on remembering.

3

A Weekly Rhythm

A shopping day and a prep day that fit your week. Adjusted freely as seasons and schedules change.

Food services can be added to an existing household engagement or arranged on their own. A complete rate guide is shared in conversation.

A Note on Allergies

When Food Is Not Simple

Some kitchens carry real stakes. A child with a nut allergy, a spouse with celiac, a parent recovering from surgery on a restricted plan. We treat those kitchens with the seriousness they deserve: labels read every single time, separate boards, pans, and utensils where cross-contact matters, dedicated storage, and every restriction written into your household file so it survives a schedule change or a fill-in.

We follow the plan your physician or dietitian sets. We do not write it, and we do not guess. If we are unsure whether something is safe for your household, we ask you before it goes on the table.

Questions

Asked & Answered

Where is the food cooked?

In your kitchen, with your groceries, in your own cookware. That keeps everything fresh, keeps you in control of ingredients, and means we learn your kitchen well enough to work in it without asking where anything lives.

Is this a personal chef service?

It is something more practical. A chef cooks a meal; we run the food side of a household. Planning, sourcing, cooking, storing, preserving, and the mental load of feeding people every day.

Can you feed a household where everyone eats differently?

That is most households. One vegetarian, one who will not eat anything green, one training for something. We build menus with shared bases and separate finishes so it is one cook, not four.

Do I need an ongoing engagement?

No. Some households want a weekly rhythm. Others call for a holiday week, a harvest, a recovery after surgery, or the stretch after a new baby comes home. Both are welcome.
